Shipping Policy

Most items at Gamehint Store are custom made after an order is placed. Production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after shipment is typically 10-20 business days, depending on the product, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, we send an order confirmation email with the order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address. When the order ships, we send tracking information when it is available.

Separate Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain different product types or are produced by different fulfillment partners.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly displayed on the cart or checkout page when available.

Incorrect Address
