Shipping

Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery after shipment is typically 10-20 business days, depending on the product, destination, and carrier conditions.

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain different product types.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly displayed on the cart or checkout page when available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled only within 2 hours after purchase because production begins quickly for custom items.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference issues. We will help with a replacement or refund if the item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered.

To request support, email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal through secure payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our website.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Package

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. Contact us quickly if you notice an address mistake.
